Date: 5-apr-2012: In connection with their news disseminated by DSE on 10.05.2010 & 24.05.2010 regarding proposal for amalgamation of Salateen Syndicate Limited with Meghna Petroleum Limited and subsequent show cause notice issued by DSE on 21.03.2012 regarding the same mater, the Company has informed that on subsequent review they find that there had been certain inadvertent errors in the process which require redoing/re-submission of the whole matter. Under the circumstances, the Company has cancelled the said proposal of amalgamation and informed that they will submit afresh proposal after compliance with all legal requirements.
