Date: 29-Mar-12: (H/Y): As per un-audited half yearly accounts as on 29.02.12 (Sep'11 to Feb'12), the Company has reported consolidated profit after tax & non-controlling interests of Tk. 208.45 million with consolidated EPS of Tk. 3.05 as against consolidated profit after tax & non-controlling interests (including share income) of Tk. 801.65 million with consolidated EPS of Tk. 11.72 for the same period of the previous year. However, consolidated EPS (excluding share income) was Tk. 4.22 as on 28.02.11 (Sep'10 to Feb'11). (cont.)
Date: 29-Mar-12: (Q1): As per un-audited quarterly accounts for the 1st quarter ended on 30th November 2011 (Sep'11 to Nov'11), the Company has reported consolidated profit after tax & non-controlling interests of Tk. 103.63 million with consolidated EPS of Tk. 1.52 as against consolidated profit after tax & non-controlling interest (including share income) of Tk. 632.03 million with consolidated EPS of Tk. 9.24 for the same period of the previous year. However, consolidated EPS (excluding share income) was Tk. 1.74 as on 30.11.10 (Sep'10 to Nov'10).
